our policy

at yoji, every garment is finished to order specifically for you. we encourage you to review the size guides before finalizing your purchase as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

damaged or defective items

please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. if an item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, send your order number and clear photos of the issue to support@yojishop.com within 21 days of delivery.  once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.

lost packages

for packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. we will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement.

wrong address + unclaimed shipments

if a package is returned to our facility because of an insufficient address or because it went unclaimed, you will be liable for the cost of reshipping the order to an updated address. please double-check your information at checkout to avoid these additional fees.
