Cancellation policy
yoji sells one subscription, for the statistics that go with the daily quiz. everything else in the store is a one time purchase with nothing to cancel.
what the plans are
- every month, $5.00
- every 6 months, $25.00
- every year, $40.00
each one renews automatically at the end of its term until you cancel it.
cancelling
cancel from your account on yojishop.com, or write to support@yojishop.com and we will cancel it for you. we do not need a reason.
cancelling stops the next payment. it does not end the period you have already paid for, so your statistics stay unlocked until that period runs out and then quietly stop. there is no partial refund for time you have not used, and nothing further is charged.
if something went wrong
a payment you did not expect, or a charge after you cancelled, is not something to argue with a policy about. write to support@yojishop.com and we will sort it out.
the yoji app
the app sells the same statistics as a separate subscription, billed by Apple rather than by us. that one is cancelled in your Apple account settings, and we cannot cancel it for you. deleting your yoji account does not cancel it either.
